Destress and Smoke Less

One way I use to Destress is by smoking. I use to love smoking and the only reason I do not now is because it is bad for you. My body is a temple and inhaling cigarette smoke is not keeping my temple clean. Stay tuned for lesson number one on Destress and Smoke Less.
